Where can I apply for a Georgia title for my vehicle?

Individual
  • The Tag office in the county in Georgia where you live. You can apply for both your tag and title at the same time at your county Tag office.
  • You can apply for a title only with this department's Motor Vehicle Division. For information regarding our In-Person Customer Service Operations, click here. Only dealer, distributor, IRP (International Registration Plan), manufacturer, and transporter license plates can be obtained at this department's Motor Vehicle Division.
Business
  • The Tag office in the county in Georgia where your business is located. You can apply for both your tag and title at the same time at the County Tag office.
