My county name decal is missing or mutilated (damaged). How can I obtain a replacement?

You may obtain a replacement county name decal free from your County Tax Commissioner's office upon request when your original county name decal is missing or mutilated (damaged).

If your request is made in-person, you must show your valid Georgia driver's license or state-issued identification card and your current tag registration certificate (tag receipt).

If your request is by mail, attach a copy of your current registration certificate (tag receipt) or include a complete description of your vehicle (i.e. Year model, make of vehicle and vehicle identification number) as well as your license plate (tag) number. Please be sure to provide your current address if your address has changed.
