The Department of Revenue is aware of the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft by 20/20 Payroll Solutions, Inc. of state withholding taxes.  Regrettably, businesses who have been victimized by this company are ultimately responsible for paying their state withholding tax liability. 

The Department of Revenue will work with each affected business on a case-by-case basis. You may submit a referral form to the Litigation & Investigations Division to request an investigation into your account.
